My mission is to provide Christ-centered counseling to those who are filled with grief, anxiety, and burnout. Each client is different in their personalities, beliefs, behaviors, and background. I utilize different therapeutic techniques that fit the client’s needs in sessions. All techniques I utilize will center on biblical truths.

Psalm 23 holds a special place in my heart. Growing up I faced many trials in my life. I would recite Psalm 23 in my mind and heart to guide me through my journey with difficult losses, high anxiety moments and work/spiritual burnout. This scripture reminds me that God is always with me. He walks with me in my trials and tribulations. He is always there to comfort me. He goes with me so I am not alone in the deep valleys of life. I strive to share with clients the comfort that Psalm 23 can hold for us in the midst of the storms.

Psalm 23

“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures; he leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; he leads me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for you are with me; your rod and your staff they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.”
