Grief Individual Therapy

(Healing from the Scars)

During grief sessions we discuss what typical grief looks like and how grief can affect everything in your life. We delve into how grief can bring out different emotions at different times. I walk with you in the grief fog, difficult grief moments, being able to live with the grief, and enjoy life again. I have experienced deep grief and loss of a spouse. My journey has led me to walk with others in their own grief journey. It is a journey that should not be done alone.

Grief has a way of making us feel like we are not ourselves anymore without that person. At Psalm 23 Counseling we walk with you as you grieve the separation from the person you love and the loss of apart of yourself. The healing from the scars takes time and attention. It is similar to if you broke an arm or a leg you must give it time and attention to heal. The scars of the separation can be very real. These scars need healing. Psalm 23 Counseling can guide you through the healing process.
