Individual Therapy
During individual therapy sessions a trained professional can aid you in delving into where your anxiety was formed, when it was formed, how it molded into intense anxiety, what triggers that anxiety, and how to ease your anxiety in normal safe environments. We also learn to fight our fears with truth.

Group Therapy (Moms & Coffee Therapy)
During group therapy we learn together how to lean on scripture and prayer when it feels as though our fears take over our mind. We will work through a daily devotional with guided questions. There will be guided journal activities, prayers, and bible verses to meditate on during the week.

Anxiety
Anxiety is an intense emotion we feel. It's a normal reaction to stress, like when faced with a difficult situation. Its can alert us to something in our environment that feels off or wrong.
Normally anxiety can provide us with a safe amount of fear in difficult, unsafe, or out of our ordinary situations. However if we allow it anxiety can use our fears to take over our mind. This fear takeover can leave us living stressed, worry, and to sleepless nights. We could feel high anxiety in a normal environment due to triggers that alerts us that our fears can actually be true. People with high anxiety live a life in constant pressure, stress, fear, and worry.
